Below are some frequently asked questions we answer to provide you with all the necessary information for a worry-free vacation at Villa Laura.
General information
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 09:30.
Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
The Villa has an outdoor pool which is not heated.
Yes, a parking space is available for guests.
Any kind of celebration or party inside the Villa is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, the penalty is 50% of the total cost; in case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation must be paid.
The maximum capacity of the Villa is 10 persons.
An extra bed is not available. Baby cots are available upon request for children up to 2 years old.
Information about the apartments:
The Villa has a barbecue.
Daily cleaning is not provided. The Villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure.
Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay the tourist tax and service fee. These fees must be paid in cash.
A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded if there are no damages.
A €500 cash deposit is required upon arrival and is returned upon departure if no damages occur.
Near the Villa is Family Resort Del Mar, where guests need to go to the reception, complete check-in, and collect the keys.
