Useful information
Below are some frequently asked questions we answer to provide you with all the necessary information for a worry-free vacation at Peninsula Villas.
General information
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 09:30.
Pets are not allowed in the Villa.
The Villa has an outdoor pool, which is not heated.
The parking lot is free. The availability of parking depends on occupancy and availability of parking spaces. Parking cannot be reserved.
During the high season, it is typically not possible due to high occupancy levels. It is always best to check with the Reception for availability.
Any kind of celebration or party inside the Villa is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total amount applies; in case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
The maximum capacity of the Villa is 6 guests.
An extra bed is not available. Baby cots are offered on request for children up to 2 years old.
The villa has a barbecue, available upon request.
Daily cleaning is not provided. The Villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure.
Upon arrival, tourist and service fees must be paid. Payment is accepted in cash only. A €500 cash deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded if no damages occur.

Keys are available in a safe at the Villa location, and all necessary information is sent prior to arrival.
Information about the apartments:
Additional beds are not available at Residence Kamenjak. However, a baby crib can be provided upon request.
All of our apartments feature a private balcony or terrace.
Yes, smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
For safety reasons, grilling on the balcony is not permitted.
Due to our automated booking system and varying occupancy levels, we are unable to guarantee a specific floor. Apartments may be located either on the ground floor or the top floor.
While we are happy to note your preference, our dynamic booking system and capacity constraints mean that we cannot guarantee apartments located next to one another.
Residence Kamenjak does not offer sea-view apartments.
