Below are some frequently asked questions we answer to provide you with all the necessary information for a worry-free vacation at Family Resort Del Mar.
General information
The parking lot is free, as is the garage under the main building. The availability of parking depends on occupancy and availability of parking spaces. Parking cannot be reserved. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on-site for additional charge.
In Family Resort del Mar you can book only breakfast. Halfboard or all inclusive we do not offer. As part of the Resort, you have at your disposal an “a la carte” restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner at any time.
Breakfast can be booked online or at reception. Breakfast can also be booked for one day or for the whole stay. The price for adults is 14 € / day, the price for children 6 – 11.99 is reduced by 50% while for children 0 – 5.99 is free.
Check-in starts at 16:00. Check-out is until 9:30. If the reservation was made through our official website, departure is until 10:30.
You can do check in at the Resort immediately upon arrival, and you can pick up the keys for the apartment after 16:00, since the check-in is then. While you are waiting for your apartment to be used, you can use our luggage room, swimming pool, showers, toilets and all other facilities within our Resort.
During the high season, it is typically not possible due to high occupancy levels. It is always best to check with the Reception for availability.
Pets are allowed, the price is 15,00 EUR/pet per day.
Check-out at night is also possible, the reception is open 0-24 hours.
Tourist tax and facility tax are not included in the final price of the apartment. Price of tax is for: adults: €1,60 per day, children 12 – 17.99: 50%, 0 – 11.99 free. Facility tax price: €3,77 / one time.
At the reception of Family Resort Del Mar, it is possible to pay in cash in EUR or with Visa, Maestro, Mastercard cards. In the Restaurant and Bar payment can only be made with cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) or you can deposit cash on a Pre-Paid card, which is also your card-key to the apartment, and use it to make all payments. Money from this card can be withdrawn at the reception at any time.
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort. Password details are provided at check-in.
We do not offer airport shuttle services; however, we would be glad to provide you with the contact details of a reliable taxi company we collaborate with, which offers special rates for our guests.
Reservations made through our official website can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), kindly contact our reservations office for assistance.
Yes, sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool are free of charge for all our guests, but it is subject to availability and they can not be reserved.
Yes, we offer baby cribs (suitable for children up to 3 years old), high chairs that are free of charge and an umbrella stroller (additional charge 3€/day) upon request. Please let us know in advance or at check-in, and we will ensure these items are provided for your convenience.
Information about the apartments:
Additional beds are not available at Family Resort del Mar. However, a baby crib can be provided upon request.
All of our apartments feature a private balcony or terrace.
Yes, smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
For safety reasons, grilling on the balcony is not permitted.
Due to our automated booking system and varying occupancy levels, we are unable to guarantee a specific floor. Apartments may be located either on the ground floor or the top floor.
While we are happy to note your preference, our dynamic booking system and capacity constraints mean that we cannot guarantee apartments located next to one another.
Yes, we offer apartments with both sea views and without. If you would like to ensure your apartment has a sea view, please make sure to pay attention to the apartment name when making your reservation. Apartments with sea views are specifically marked, and we will not be able to offer you a sea view apartment unless it has been reserved accordingly.
