Below are some frequently asked questions we answer to provide you with all the necessary information for a worry-free vacation at Residence Superior del Mar.
General information
Is parking free, can we park in garage also?
The parking lot is free, as is the garage under the main building. The availability of parking depends on occupancy and availability of parking spaces. Parking cannot be reserved. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on-site.
Can we book halfboard or all inclusive?
In Resort Del Mar/Residence Superior Del Mar you can book only breakfast. Halfboard or allinclusive we do not offer. As part of the Resort/Residence, you have at your disposal an “a la carte” restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner at any time.
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast can be booked online or at reception. Breakfast can also be booked for one day or for the whole stay. The price for adults is 14 € / day, the price for children 6 – 11.99 is reduced by 50% while for children 0 – 5.99 is free.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 16:00. Check-out is until 10:30.
Can we arrange an early check-in?
You can do check in at the hotel immediately upon arrival at the hotel, and you can pick up the keys for the apartment after 4 pm, since the check-in is then. While you are waiting for your apartment to be used, you can use our luggage room, swimming pool, showers, toilets and all other facilities within our Resort.
Can we arrange a late check-out?
Usually during the high season is not possible. Always is better to check it on the Reception.
Can we do the check out during the night?
Check-out at night is also possible, the reception is open 0-24 hours.
Are pets allowed? What is the price for pets?
Pets are allowed, the price is 15,00 EUR/pet per day.
Information about the apartments:
Do you have additional beds for apartments?
No, in our Resort/Residence you can’t book additional bed. You can only book a baby cot.
What apartments have balconies?
All our apartments have a balcony.
Can we smoke cigaretts on balcony?
Smoking cigarettes is allowed only on the balcony.
Can we grill on balcony?
No, you are not allowed to grill on balcony.
Can I have a higher floor?
Due to our automatic reservation system that is changeable and availability of capacity unfortunately we are not able to guarantee exact position or location of apartment, therefore we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be on the higher floor. Therefore, please note that it is not possible to choose the position of the apartment. The apartment can be located on the ground floor as well as on the top floor.
Can we have apartment next to each other?
Due to our automatic reservation system that is changeable and availability of capacity unfortunately we are not able to guarantee exact position or location of apartment, therefore we cannot guarantee that the apartments will be next to each other.
Can we have apartment with sea view?
We offer apartment’s with sea view or just with balcony. If you want apartment with sea view you must book apartment with balcony with sea view.

Do you have animations for kids?
Yes, during the high season we have animations for kids.
Can we book a baby cot or baby chair? What is the price?
In Resort del Mar/Residence Superior Del Mar you can book baby cot and baby chair and is free of charge. Baby carriages you can also book which cost 3€ / day.
Are sunbeds and parasol free?
Sunbeds and parasol by the hotel’s pool are free for hotel guests. Sunbeds and parasol on the public beach next to the hotel are at an additional cost. Sunbeds and parasol by the pool cannot be reserved
